Brothers and sisters sometimes love being with each other and sometimes they fight. Well, Jonas and Josie have found a shared love for being outside playing in the dirt and searching for bugs and worms. Yes, Josie LOVES it. Matter-of-fact, the third picture shows Jonas talking Josie into getting a worm off the log. Jonas says they're slimy, but Josie has no problem picking them up and putting them into Jonas' bug catcher. He will do it when she's not around. They have so much fun together going on their hunt all over the yard. It will be so good for them to be here at Powers Mountain this summer. Now, the only things that worry me are Josie seeing a snake and maybe trying to pick it up, and the fact that after she digs in the dirt and picks up bugs and worms, those two fingers go right into her mouth. Yuck!!!! But what am I going to do?

So glad to see that the kids still play outside!!!! Don't worry about the dirt. Meredith and Joe, Vic and Marla all say they have a hard time getting the little ones to come in on a pretty day.
What a blessing that Jonas and Josie are creating memories at the "Homestead"
Pretty soon Sam will be right out there with them.
