We celebrated Easter by spending it with the Powers at Powers Mountain on the Saturday before Easter. We really missed Uncle Luke, Aunt Mere and Cousin Sam. We went to church with Pawpaw Orvil, Mawmaw Rose, Dandaw and Poppy Easter Sunday. Then we had Easter lunch. It was a wonderful Easter weekend and while the kids received lots of candy and gifts, they were taught the true celebration of Easter. Jonas really understands and loves to tell the story of Jesus rising from the tomb. As you can see, Jonas was never around for picture time.....imagine that.
