Happy Birthday Auntie Lyn. We love you very much!!! We enjoyed spending time with you yesterday and hope you enjoy your birthday evening. When can we come stay all night with you and Uncle Sticke again? The parents are sooo boring!!

Jonas' Birthday Party

Today we celebrated Jonas' 5th birthday with a party. His friends Felix, Ben, Ethan, and Skylar joined us along with family members. They had fun on the splip-n-slide and other water actitivies as well as playing with outdoor toys he got for his birhtday. Thanks to everyone who came out and celebrated with us. Jonas had a great time and really enjoyed himself. Jonas is very lucky to have such a great family and friends.

Happy 5th Birthday Jonas

Happy Birthday Jonas! He turned five today. He has been with Grandma Jane and Pawpaw Tom for the past few days and attending VBS at their church. Today Jonas decided he wanted to come home so Josie and I made the trip to E-town to pick him up. I am so glad he got to spend a few days with the Powers Grandparents and then come home on his birthday. He was born at 6:44 PM July 11th, so he was with his parents at the time he was born five years ago. His sissy really missed him, so we were very happy to be together as a family on his birthday night. Grandma Jane and Pawpaw Tom got him a bunch of army gear as you can see from the pix. Grandpa Van gave him MONEY. We will be celebrating his birthday party on Sunday with more pix to follow.

Powers versus Beelers :)

Okay, Powers and Beelers are FAMILY. However, little Sam said "Arlar" (being his Aunt Marla) and Victor (being his cousin, the same age as Jonas) first! Well, while we are happy about the little man beginning to speak, I was on a mission while we watched him the past few days that he knew his Powers side of the fam! I am so proud of Mr. Sam. He is growing so fast. But, while he was with us, I wanted to capture some dear moments of Jonas and Josie's little cousin being drilled to say our names. Just joking! We did work with him a lot, but he is really picking up a wide vocabulary. We enjoyed our time with cousin Sam this week and was so happy when he said Jonas and Tonya. We love the Beeler Family (because they are truly our family), but we had to put these videos out for everyone to see. They are sweet and dear and again, we love The Beelers!!!!

We spent 4th of July celebrating America, Uncle Dan's 24th birthday and the house warming for Aunt Claire and Uncle Dan's new house. We all had such a great time. Family and friends gathered and spent good quality time together. We love Aunt Claire and Uncle Dan's new house and can't wait to hang out there again soon. And thank you to Debbie (Aunt Claire's mom) for the toy area she made for the kids. Look out Aunt Claire and Uncle Dan, we'll be asking to come stay the night soon!!!!!

Another Day At The Zoo

On July 3rd, we had another exciting day at the zoo. This time we went with Sarah, Lamar, Macy, Xavier, and their little cousin Dylan from Tennessee. The kids had so much fun seeing all the animals again and this time we played at the water park too. Our zoo pass was definitely a hit this year. The kids will never get tired visiting the zoo animals and cooling off at the water park. Thanks to the Ewing Family and Dylan for spending the day with us.
